I’m probably gonna sound like a complete noob but here I go: I see people on here with different ranks and medals under their gamer tag and I wanna know what they are. How do you get them? What do they mean? It would be nice if someone told me.

The people with Yellow ranks are post related, the people with red ranks are either Moderators or Administrators.
