Ranks Lost Glitch

Has this happened to anyone else? Can it be fixed? How did this happen? Are all questions flying through my mind at the moment. All of my Ranks;

Team Arena: Silver 3
Slayer: Gold
Big Team Battle: Gold
FFA: Diamond
Breakout: Platinum
Swat: Silver

.

These have all been reset to “Matches to qualify: #” I really want to know why and how this has happened. I was playing Strongholds on Recurve, then all of a sudden (after losing) all of this happened. was this meant to happen or is it just some crazy glitch. I have Restarted the Game and played a match - nothing. I still have all my REQ items though, thank god!

If anyone can help, please do!

Not a glitch, all ranks have reset for everyone.
Update is out.

Should look on the forums with the 30 other posts about this before people keep making them. It’s getting annoying.

Its called a season for a reason. They rest every month or so

This was before I updated the game… It wasn’t a season then (well it was a preseason…)

They reset it every month.
The next reset is 31 january
