Ranks are not displayed

Hello there,

My ranks are not listed when I set my Xbox One to German/Germany, but it displays it as soon as I set the language/location to English/United Kingdom. Any suggestions on how to fix that problem?

Try the new language, and hard reset. It that doesn’t work set to the new language and play an arena game.
