Took 8 games in a row to get my rank up one to an 18. We won the next game, and both our levels went down. I haven’t lost a game all day, how can my level go down?

Now my service record is blank
14/15 wins rank not going up

Ive been stuck at rank 18 for ages. Takes 1 loss to de-rank, but takes 5 wins to get it back. doesnt make it less fun, just makes ranks pointless.
I’m h2c you get a loss when host quits. So you’re probably thinking of those as wins when they are actually losses.
I havent had any problems with the ranking system other than the fact it is nearly impossible to rank up high solo. This is clearly not the 1-50 we all knew and loved
My rank in Halo 4 dropped from 20 to 1 after a win last night. Needless to say I am no very happy…
