I have won 3 Match and did not receive nothing of exp, and my 2 Friends yes, please solve that, it’s not the first time what happens to me

You’ve already been told why this is happening. It means that your rank is higher than your actual skill. As long as your rank is higher than your skill level, you will only gain +1 CSR for a win, but still lose -15 CSR for a loss. It’s all detailed here.
