I’d just like to get a bit of clarity on the ranking system in Ranked.
I’m currently a Champion in Doubles and my partner is Onyx. For every win, we seemingly go up by between 0 and 2 points. For every loss, we lose around 20 points. It’s therefore incredibly difficult to maintain or increase rank at the moment, even if we only lose one in ten games.
What’s peculiar is that previously with these ranks we would rank up around 10-20 each time and that’s changed massively.
It’s quite demoralising when, for example, you win 8 games in a row, then lose one and drop so much rank.
