There is a big thread in the multiplayer feed back section explaining how the new ranking works. Long story short you have to beat better players than your team to rank up pretty much. Your skill based rank shouldnt be something that can be grinded. So maybe the players you were beating were of equal or lesser skill so you didn’t earn that much CSR from winning.
