Okay so the ranking system for CSR is a piece of crap. I just played all ten games in a row for my SWAT ranking and went positive in all but one, which I went 9 and 12 in. I finished all ten games with an overall KDA of 4.8 with 143 kills, 99 deaths and 14 assists only to be placed in SILVER. Why the hell would it put me in silver when I did good?!?
No clue. I’ve been boned by the system before as well. It could be that literally everyone who placed in Swat thus far are golden gods lol? (Therefore you would look bad in comparison.)

I know how you feel, It’s always been terrible…
Is the ranking permanent? Or can you improve it to gold if you matched against better players?

You can improve it by winning games in a row, but it goes down when you lose

It’s been steadily ranking me lower each month no matter how good I do
I purposely lost 10 games in a row in Breakout just to see what would happen. Silver 4. I then won 11 in a row and moved up to… Gold 2. Another friend I was partied up with was in for the last 10 of those games for his placement match and earned Platinum 6. By the end of the 11 games, every game was full of Platinum and Diamond players except me, yet the game BARELY moved my rank. If it sensed I was trying to Smurf, wouldn’t it make sense just to push me along to higher ranks so I couldn’t Smurf anymore? And it didn’t work anyway since none of the games actually had low ranked people after just a few games. If the ranking algorithm took my play at face value, why wasn’t I rewarded for playing (and winning every time) against players who, on paper, were superior to me? I wish there was a way to see your CSR for the lower ranks just to see what’s happening with your score as you win/lose/go beast mode/suck balls.
