How does it even work, there’s no way to see how many wins or points you need to go up in play lists. Massive pain in the -Yoink- if you ask me i’d rather start at the bottom and make my way up rather then just be in a diamond and platinum.
It works for decent players. Means I get to play good competitive games right out the gate.
Halo 3s sucked as I had to play crap people all day until I hit 50.

Though they should really allow you to see progress in-game as well, like they did in the Beta. It’s just a real pain in the -Yoink- having to open up my computer all the time to check on my rank.
Why do you always need to know how close it is you are to going up a league?
Unless your talking about your Spartan level IE 21 or something.
You can see how much xp is left to level up for that after a game in your xp bar.

It’s just nice to see stats, personally i like to play more if i know i need say 5 wins to rank up

Playing with randoms makes ranking up almost impossible (i’m not complaining, but just saying). I have been stuck in slayer gold from the beginning and I just cant seem to get past gold 4. Eventually people start to quit or you just get paired with bad teammates for a few rounds.

I played on a new name last night, Team Arena with some rules I made up.

grenades and melee only
I was still maintained decent win margin 4/10 and managed a 3.8 KDA which is mind boggling in itself. In the end after 10 games of not firing a single shot I was still ranked gold. Is Bronze or Silver even possible?

No idea try to lose every game and see what happens. Just deliberately feed the enemy team kills? Fire shots of still but just don’t hit anyone this way you will have 0% hit accuracy and help the enemy team find you.
