The new matchmaking system is terrible, it’s not fair when the game kicks u out u lose 30 csr but when you win you can only get 10 max. 343 has really started to run this game into the ground with all this mmr change

That’s the result of building the entire multiplayer around sweats instead of trying to make it fun. 343i is a great team, but they dropped the ball with Halo 5’s multiplayer.
You’d want to post your feedback in this thread if you want it to be seen by the person who adjusts the matchmaking.

Played 8 games yesterday. Started at a Diamond 1.5, won 6 of those 8 games and ended up a Diamond 1.2
why if i only lost 2 out of 8 would I be ranked lower than i was. i get it is based to some degree off of player matched skill, but come on 6 wins 2 losses and i go down? and the last game we won, we only had 3 players and they had a full team! that is ridiculous!
Quitting results in the max CSR penalty. This is to help deter quitting. And since the game can’t tell whether you lagged out or ripped your Ethernet cable, it has to treat all DNFs the same. If you’re disconnecting often then consider troubleshooting your connection before getting back into the game.
