Have I mentioned that I hate this ranking system. It’s obviously broken. Here’s why. I search solo, btw I’m a onyx. And I get kids that are that are ranked onyx and they suck, everytime. I look at their over k/d and it’s negative. Most are like that. Why is that, how are people getting ranks they shouldn’t have?
My only guess is they get carried by better players to get their ranks, since I have a few personal friends that have Onyx and they should be lucky to get platinum 1.
the longer season allowed gold and platinum players to grind and get to onyx.
This ranking system didn’t work in reach and it doesn’t work in Halo 5.
With Halo 6 in the works they would be retarded not to put the 1-50 scale back in matchmaking, amongst a few other things to make it successful.

Agree. Plus i believe if they are giving rewards for each season…the reward should be better the higher a player ranks. Not the same crappy image every player gets.

You don’t know how bad I want that. Not only me but I know a lot of people including the pros that want it. But sadly it’s to far into halo 5’s life span to make that big of a change.
