Has anyone else had any issues with rank being reset after closing out of MCC? I grind my rank up to like 10 in a session and then it gets reset back to 1 every time I turn my Xbox off and then get back on. Wondering if uninstalling and reinstalling will help.

Yes, I’ve had it happen multiple times before. Myself and others have brought it up to 343 in past feedback threads and it still happens, less frequent but it still happens.

It happens to like less than a millionth of a percent of players or something crazy like that. I’ve had a total of 4 or 5 people reach out to me about it. The root cause is unknown at this time unfortunately.
