No, not anymore. Not even HaloTracker follows Halo 3 stats since the API tracking method they used stopped when Halo was handed over from Bungie to 343. The only stats I know of now are the few on Halo Waypoint.
I own Halotracker. It’s not possible. The stats are not stored anywhere accessible. Your Halo 3 Service Record on Waypoint only updates # of games and K/d.
