I thought the new season was going to start January 1st? Does anyone know when ranks will reset and the new season will start? If so, please share. I also assume the season will be 3 months long again.
Probably Tuesday. Today and monday are holidays in the USA.
Is it right, that the new season starts today(January 3rd)?
I assumed this season was gonna be like the last seeing as it was called the “winter season” instead of just by the month. Kind of how last season was called the “fall season” and lasted 3 months I believe. I hope it doesn’t start over. I was trying to get diamond but haven’t been able to play as much as I had hoped.

the fall season lasted 2 months. i think the duaration of two months for one season is enough.
Probably it’ll end at the start of spring (autumn in the southern hemisphere).

Maybe it’ll end at this month cuz I don’t know it says winter in the title of the season so I’m under the impression so who knows I might be wrong.
I’m sure it’s today ? Might be wrong though… just have to wait and see.
Honestly hope it’s today so I can restart the FFA champ grind after months away.
Also interested in pushing for champ doubles, if anyone is good and needs a partner.

You realize “winter” actually starts on 12/21 if you go by the calendar…

Yeah, it started way before winter, clearly poor naming. They can’t call the next season “winter” also. Maybe just something simple like “2017 Season 1”
Either way, I’d like to see the reset ASAP.

Yeah it certainly doesn’t help.
Yeah I hope it is soon, probably be the beginning of next week though by the sounds of things.
It’s a little annoying not ever knowing when the seasons start or end. The 1 month seasons were easy to predict but lately it’s been a mess. 2 months, back to 1 month, back to 2 months, now based on the tweet above it’s going to be 2 months and a week or two extra? Lol idk. Not a huge deal just wish things were more organized/transparent.
I like the 3 month season (every month was terribly selfish by 343) but I don’t like this lack of communication. The stats need to be reset. They are stale. They need to be more inclusive and transparent. When is the season starting 343?
Im looking to build a solid team of 4 this season if interested add me and send message and we will see what we can get going

yeah, it’s also my opinion, that we need more feedback and transparence from 343i
