Someone had posted about this before me but a generic answer was given and the thread was locked. I’m having the same issue so allow me to ellaborate on the issue.
This has been happening on and off for the past week. I am aware how ranking works being a veteran player, so this is not the case. I have not been getting credit for wins but have been penalized for losses. Example, one of my last games I went 15-6 or so (our team won) yet my ranking bar did not move at all. There was green arrows pointing up but no bar movement. The last game I played tonight, I lost. Just like any other loss of the evening, the ranking bar went down as it should, but never went up with any wins. I should have ranked up to about Plat 5 with the wins plus KD ratio tonight but instead, I’m about to lose my Plat 3 ranking.
I hope this helps someone understand the issue a little more. There seems to be a glitch for some accounts in SWAT as I know I’m not the only one, but I’m not sure about other playlists
