Ranking Glitch

My Xbox ID is CodeNameNotaro my email doesn’t match my Microsoft account so it is what it is, I was Onyx 1 3v3 rank then after winning a match my ranking reset to Diamond 1 3v3?

You realise that there is no ‘Onyx 1’ rank right? after D6 there are no more divisions, just a CSR that is either Onyx or Champion.

I went past diamond 6, got to onyx, won a match then it reset to diamond 1? I’m pretty sure it said onyx 1 but I could definitely be wrong. I got past diamond 6 for sure though.

Onyx goes from 1500 and up.
