Please fix the ranked XP system. The team weighted system is absurd. Especially in high ranked solo queue. I can win 3 and go up 1/10 of a rank, then win a game I did poorly in and go down 1/8 of a rank. Lose a game against a team that is weighted to lose, go down 1/2 rank. All while placing different ranks in a matches. It’s extremely discouraging and incentivizes players to only play for their KD. That in itself ruins the experience.
Example 1: win a game as bottom frag and lose a small amount of xp.
Example 2: just won another game and went positive and was second on the leaderboard. Lost 20% of a diamond 6 rank.
PLEASE RETURN TO THE WINS=XP, LOSSES EQUAL LOSING XP MODEL. Also, matches should be sorted off of rank, not ELO.

I am having this same issue. Every match i win, regardless of how well i do, i barely gain any rank. However every match i lose, i lose a lot of rank. This is only effecting some players, i have friends who go up huge chunks with wins and barely lose anything for losses. It does not make sense. I submitted a ticket on this site about it and they said theres nothing they can do about balancing issues, only in game bugs. So i have now tried submitting the issue as a bug. It is pretty dis heartening to be told by them there’s nothing they can do because this bug or whatever they want to call it makes me not want to play anymore. I would have to win over 20 matches in a row to rank up for some reason, when i have friends who have done it in 3. Completely broken.
