No there will never be a ranked playlist in halo, as long as 343 keeps things the way they are.
You can google “Halo CSR” and that make you feel better, but dont let it trick you like it does most people.
The CSR will only be viewable on halo waypoint, it will not be visible ingame, and it will not be based off of W/L ratio like it was in H3.
