I get that balancing is based on comprehensive ELO.
However, teams should also have similar ELO among teammates. A Gold ELO player at a Diamond level is essentially like being a player down.
Also, I feel many times that I come across a communicative team or even full party when I am alone, no one else communicating. It’s draining, both on my willpower and my ELO. Solo/Duo queue is hardly any better as there is still no way to guarantee I get a team that talks.
I am not sure if there is a way to track how much a player talks or uses the mark system but I would like it if I could be matched with players on my team who do that.
