So is anyone else feeling as if they’re being ranked really high? Now maybe I’m just thinking this because I’m use to the League of Legends ranking system whereas 50% of the players are silver and bronze and very few make it to diamond. I got ranked diamond in 2 ladders which I do feel I competed well in, but I also got platinum in slayer in which I did terrible during my placement matches. Is anyone even being ranked in bronze or silver? Or gold for that matter? If anyone knows exactly how this whole CSR system works I would love an easy explanation and maybe an answer to why everyone is seemingly getting a high rank.

Honestly I think that was just you playing really well and you got ranked appropriately for it. Everyone I’ve ever seen in the forums are all getting ranked Onyx soooo.

Exactly everyone’s getting a high rank. I have yet to see or hear anyone who is ranked bronze or silver, which quite frankly I expected to be the large majority
I played phenomenally.
In my 10 qualifiers for Slayer I won 8/10 games. Averaged a 2.0 KD and had many assists. But… I got ranked in Platinum. How does that make sense? Especially when my cousin who lost two games also, but had a terrible KD go into diamond… I think the ranking system is off.
My KD is garbage because I insisted on playing without a party and kept getting crushed by teams. But my first 10 games were awesome. Total bummer.
I certainly am not a platinum player and yet I was placed into the bracket and am getting mashed. Unfortunate but I guess in time it will help me get better.
I think I’m generally on the lower end of the player base, I’ve never had a positive overall kda or win loss, even though kda dosent matter, and I keep getting in like gold and platinum… Then I get destroyed consistently
I won 8/10 slayer matches carrying my real life friends almost every game and i got put into gold 1. i am dominating gold 1 and havnt lost a game yet and am now gold 3. I mostly play FFA though and am onyx in that which i was suprised i got into because i only won 3 of the 10 ffas. but i did beat a champion so maybe that boosted me up.
anyways i dont really understand the ranking system either. FFA i feel like im over rated, and slayer i feel like im way underrated. I heard a rumor that there is a difference between queuing with a team and queuing solo. When you queue with a team they penalize you a little because you have an advantage and should beat 4 random players of higher skill. This is just a rumor i heard and dont know if its true.
My buddy hit onyx with a -4.5 kda. The system is broken.
I don’t have any prior experience such as LoL but I was pretty excited to be ranked Diamond 1 in breakout. I haven’t had a ton of time to play but I am excited for the skilled opponents that await me.

I’m sure to get Bronze/ Silver. I might get Gold at best, on a good day, with a favourably wind and the sun shining in my enemies eyes - the whole match.
Having not looked into the rankings yet, yes, I feel my rank is way high given my performance and w/l ratio.

Does it depend on your win ratios too? I have been ranked Platinum in SWAT, Arena and Slayer but only a silver in Breakout. I generally get the same K/D spread accross all games. I guess that doesnt matter on your rank if your team keeps losing right?
I think the first 10 qualifying games are based on your performance. Once you are in a class then it’s based on wins or lose.
I lost a lot in swat but played well and was placed in the Dimond class.

I got ranked Silver in my first ten Arena games and then Gold 1 on Slayer - I feel this may be a touch high, even though I did feel I played quite well at times.
