Happened 3 wins in a row last night where I gained zero CSR and post-match showed rank as “UNAVAILABLE”. Losses have no problem lowering CSR, happens only on wins. It happened 2 times in a row today as well.

It’s in the known bug list:
“In Ranked Arena playlists, completed matches occasionally do not count toward your rank and will show no stats at the end of the match.”

Happened to me just now. Lost a big chunk after one loss, win three matches in a row and rank displays “unavailable” and the progress bar doesn’t budge. Never going to make it back into Onyx if only losses count, it’s very disheartening.

I like how it says “occasionally” but happens every single win lol. Loses work just fine though, working as intended

It’s funny how ‘ocasionally’ is for me around 4 games in 10 - doesnt matter if loose or win, how hard is to fix this jesus christ

I’ve definitely had wins not count in a single session, and losses take a large amount off my ranked progress. Incredibly frustrating.

Happened to me too. Two nights ago crazy winning streak and it kept happening. Really frustrating.

aaaannnnndddd it just happened again. Played three matches. Won the first, lost the second, won the third but the third is unavailable. (It’s always the good rounds too.)

Just had a great ranked win as Onyx. Went 35 - 25 on strongholds, clutched it for my team with a triple kill. Was so excited to see how many CSR I gained only to be met by ‘UNAVAILABLE’ with nothing gained… talk about a dissapointment…

Yeah no it’s also happening to North American servers as well. Needed one more win to get half way through diamond 6 and game randomly crashes. Lost half my bar which is whatever might be my end. I go to play another two and win and it says ranked unavailable, play one more lose and I’m half way down all the way back to diamond five. I think there should be some closure/points given to people who played the matches at least but I’m sure it would be difficult.

Well I’m “glad” this hasn’t just happened to me, what a mess! like 3-4 games out of 10 says unavailable for me. Some losses too, to be fair, but definately mostlly wins. It gets so frustrating to the point of triggering so hard that I tilt the next game post the unavailable letdown and cause a loss.
Please fix this, it ain’t right man.

Are we confident that this isn’t a separate bug from what is listed on the Known Issues? My stats are showing in the Post Game, but the CSR Display says “Unavailable.”
I glanced over something weeks ago that claimed that there was a way to prevent the match from counting if you disconnect at a certain time (the site didn’t seem that credible so I dismissed it). I’m wondering if players have figured out how to abuse this.

Same thing is happening to me. Every 5 games or so it will go unavailable and ill have to restart my game. It happends on wins and losses but when it first happend it was on a winning streak and i didnt realize it was happening. Very frustrating i agree and probably wolnt be playing now until they fix it because it has ruining my rank for me.
