You are assuming that aim assist is saving your aim.

No. Aim assist is already helping the reticle stay on target. I’m talking about BULLET MAGNETISM. It’s a different mechanic. The bullets are attracted to a target within RRR.
It’s very similar to how the Needler works, only with a much smaller window of viability.

I highly doubt there’s any discernable advantage to playing on Series X vs PC.
Like the others have stated, I believe desync is causing the issues you’re encountering.

I’m not trying to add any fuel to the fire but I will say I believe it was yesterday on Trippy’s twitch stream someone asked him his opinion on how the game runs on console vs. PC and he flat out said the game runs way better on PC. I tried to go find his stream from yesterday but for some reason its not up on his twitch page right now; however, take that for what it’s worth. You have a pro player stating the game runs and plays smoother on PC. But it sounds like everyone is basically on the same page for the most part that the game has some fundamental underlying issues and everyone experiences them.

It’s as strong as it was in Halo 3/5, which is really strong. You can entirely have the reticle off someone and the shots will still hit.
The RRR with the BR is about twice the distance the fight was taking place
That’s interesting because every pro I’ve seen bring it up says series x is the best. That’s why they all play on series x at LAN tournaments.
I doubt they could even have a LAN if they tried to do it on PC’s, the games would crash even more than they already do

I do have to say at the BRs optimal range bullet magnetism is very strong. I have also seen hits similar to the videos misses due to skewed hit boxes and bad connection.
I’m not saying these are hits but the bullet magnetism in this game could potentially turn them into shots on target at certain ranges.

- I’m not sure if it’s the same on PC I play on a Series S but when I’m getting 55% average accuracy and 70% head shots average accuracy - I feel there’s a ‘hand of god’ on my side.
But regarding tech and your original point - when we talk 30fps on an OG Xbox one and 120fps on the Series X - performance will be hugely visible. But between a Series X and a PC running 240fps the difference is a lot less noticeable.
So considering Xboxes are pretty much PC’s in a an Xbox - I would suggest to 343 to drop support for the OG Xbox.
This won’t stop the networking issues though - I don’t get much bad connection being on super fibre, but when I played on a mobile broadband and my MTU dropped below the standard 1480 to 1390 I had so many issues.
But yes you are right performance on systems can effect fluidity but I don’t think it’s the main issue here.

Unlucky you got it twice. But hopefully the shots did their job and kept your viral load low. And kept you from passing it on.

The first time I got it I was unvaccinated- back in November 2020. It wasn’t the greatest experience it stopped me running for about 3 months. Second time was in June I had a fever for two days and then nothing - all good.

Could 343 please do not put me in US server? Game is unplayable at 120 ms or more ping, not competitive at all since I see only 3 shoots and I’m suddenly dead. It becomes more playable but still laggy at 40ms in the European servers. Or could you tell me how to block us servers, Gamer tag fazz117. Thank you
