Hi all,
I’m not entirely sure how this forum works or whether there is an actual tech support system in place for Halo 5: Guardians that I can reach either online or by phone, but my issue is this:
Recently, playing FFA, I noticed that after every game my CSR would go down. If I was in second place, I would go down 1 CSR instead of gaining however much CSR is gained in a 2nd place finish. In 3rd and below, I started losing significant amounts of CSR, maybe 20 points per game. When I finish in first place, I am given only 1 point CSR increase. I am currently at Onyx 2022, and I am down from Onyx 2110.
What could be causing this issue? Could it have been something I did in game? If there is any actual support line to reach via phone besides xbox support, that information would be very helpful.

I had about the same question so I asked Josh Menke on twitter. This was his response.
My original question (I originally thought the issue was due to matching lower level players)

> That’s something else. We fixed a CSR inflation issue so everyone is deflating a little while it self-heals the ranks.
