Great news that king of the hill was removed.
Really not a fan of changing from 6 players to 8 players. It works fine in social but ranked gets too chaotic with 8. Too much third partying, spawning next to people, etc. Ranked is supposed to feel controlled and 8 is too many players. Please change it back to 6 players for Ranked FFA.
I dont think Bazaar worked that well in FFA so nice that got removed. I would like to try Bohemoth and possibly Launch Site too.
KoTH should have stayed but changed from 8 players to 6 players. Behemoth and Launch Site needs to stay the hell out of ranked.

8 Players is too chaotic for ranked.
I would like to try the modes and see how they play in a Ranked FFA setting. Not saying they would be good, but any chance for more map variety is worth looking into.

Behemoth has the issues with BR’s on the map just making it not fun. It’s why it was removed from Ranked Arena in the first place. I agree maybe TRYING Launch Site but I can’t see it working.
My friends and I used to run custom game FFA’s with 8 for warm up, and also when we didn’t feel like playing ranked. Most of the time it was WAY too crazy. Even with 6 we were spawning right behind someone who just spawned and shooting them in the back. 8 players is just…no. It doesn’t work for Infinite because I feel these maps weren’t designed with FFA in mind, at all.
This I can agree with completely. It truly amazed me how quickly 343i was able to adjust this playlist in such a short turn around. I hope that these types of changes can happen to other playlists too.

Ranked FFA was changed to reflect the competitive settings for HCS FFA tournaments as it should be. Rumble pit is the playlist that can be altered for you 6 man ffa lovers.
Nope. HCS tournaments have no relation to ranked playlists. Ranked FFA should be 6 players instead of 8. Rumble Pit can stay 8 players since its social and therefore can be more random and chaotic. If HCS tournament players want 8 players in their tournaments (which are completely separate to ranked) they are free to do that in their own space.
