Unfortunately there is no Recruit Silver Rank, Recruit being the only one not having Silver. You need 25 posts to get to Gold. You can check your post count by viewing your profile. It’s one of the first things displayed on your page. And if you click on your rank, it will take you to the Halowaypoint Rank Page showing you all the Forum Ranks and how to obtain them.
