When you get your rank after 10 games, instead of it saying platinum 1 it says diamond 1… Theres 3 of us that have got this yesterday and today… Maybe someone wants to look into that.

He is not getting a better csr. I know exactly what he is saying. After his placement the animation that happens when you rank up after a match is showing the Platinum sign but beneath it it says Diamond. It’s the same thing for the Diamond logo underneath it it say Platinum. They are mismatch.
When I hit platinum 3 it said diamond 3.
