Hey guys so i just bought Halo Reach again on my xbox one, because i no longer have access to my old account. So i was reverted back to recruit last night while working on some challenges in the campaign. The thing is if i go look at my spartan through the menus i can see all my actual rank ( Warrant Officer grade 3) armor customization’s. Also i can’t even play in matchmaking right now as well. I know my internet is fine because i can other online game. I made sure and tested it with Destiny. I was wondering if anyone is having the same issue as me. If you know any tricks that might help fix the issue please leave them down below.
