Rank revert to Placement Matches in Blitz Mode 2v2

Hey guys,

About a week or two my rank of Diamond rank 5 for “Ranked 2v2 Blitz Open” disappeared and reverted back to placement matches. Has anyone had this happen before and can suggest any fixes? Is there a way to log a ticket with Halo Wars Support to have it reviewed and corrected?

Thanks for the explanation. I kept playing the ranking 10 and got back to my original status. Now I’m “Onyx 1516”!
