I remember when the MCC first came out it was common and typical for players to not find matches or have their ranks reset. I haven’t played for almost a year because I was overseas but now I am back and sat down to play again, I figured things would be fixed but I still couldn’t find a match (not even a single other player in any multiplayer playlist) and after canceling my matchmaking search I noticed my rank was reset to 1. Is it still common to not find games and have ranks reset even when you haven’t got to participate in a match??
