I got my rank reset again. I got my rank reset like everyone else when they implemented the new update a few weeks ago and got it up to a 41. Then it got randomly reset one day for no reason. I contacted support and the only thing they could tell me was to hard reset and clear cache but it’s didn’t work. I said whatever and just played it all over up until a 32 and now it just randomly reset again. I just turned off my box and I don’t even wanna play anymore. Is there someone who can help with this? because i don’t even wanna play this game anymore if this is going to keep happening,
