I think they should undo my ban (because I already pre ordered the game) and rank reset all the early players. It would only make sense.

They should, but it literally makes no difference as you unlock everything so fast, as well as the preset loadouts already set in-game.

All bans should have been removed already, it was a technical glitch.

I got a legit copy of the game (borrowed from a friend) and Microsoft banned me. Checked today and I am still banned.
