So I got to level 10 and then bam the next day I’m level 1 with no req points and I’m unable to collect req points. I haven’t received a ban or anything. Just want to understand what’s wrong.

I’d try contacting 343’s support center unless anyone on these forums knows exactly what to do, but I haven’t had any problems so I’m not too sure what’s happened to you. If you can’t contact 343, your best bet is to try and contact xbox live support, but those are the best options I can give to you now.

So after three days of not being able to do much on the game. I’m back to normal score and level are back. Didnt do anything but it’s back.
Probably something to do with the data not syncing with halo 5.
If that happens again I’d try a hard reset (unplug it) with your Xbox.
