I had some gameplay clips saved from games last night that i planned to use in some YouTube videos. When i got on today my rank had been reset to SR1 and ALL of my film clips are gone. Does anyone know if they will come back when my rank is fixed?

try turning off you xbox then turn it on again otherwise just wait a while and it’ll appear
For your rank, it’s still there: Proof
Why SR1? I’m unsure if they fixed the problem with ranks showing that. Try clicking on your service record. Does it show your rank?

I helped as much as I could 
i got on this morning and it was fine i had all the servers aviable and such i go on about 30 min ago and now it says the servers are unavilabe and im lvl one is it just temp.
Okay, it looks like my rank just reset but the files still arent there 
I’m sure i saved them. I had around 6 files total and they’re all gone. Hopefully they will come back.

mine is fine now 2 so idk and i thought microsoft was good with servers not like ea who on launch day has -Yoink- one
Advent did you go to ur system memory because mine did the same but they are still in the systems harddrive itself
Mine is still messed up. Its been like this since Saturday. Can someone help?
