3 days ago my spartan rank got reset to level 1. It shows my correct rank (69) when I hit start and look at the HUD at the top. But when in matchmaking Spartan ops or war games my rank shows as 1. My loadouts are unavailable in game and I do not receive any XP anymore. What must I do to get my stats back in matchmaking??? Help!
This has happened to me as well, I’ve tried to Clear Cache and everything, waited a day and still nothing has changed for me.
