Maybe I misheard that but the “new ranks and ranked rewards” Does that mean ranks will reset?
They will. They are probably planning on a reset every season

Good thing I didn’t get around to grinding my tank too high lol.
I don’t wear the ranked emblems, but I really like that wolf face they subtly included to distinguish between the seasons.
