Not up to Waypoint to do such a thing. Honestly, not sure you can without using a different Xbox Live account.
Can’t you just go on your Xbox hard drive and delete your saved game in Halo Reach?
Just idle for a bunch of games or do alot of boosting. I think that should get you reset.

No. All that would do is delete the campaign progress (what missions you are up to). All things such as rank, commendations etc are saved on the Halo Reach servers. No matter how many times you delete you save file, these things will never change.

Oh, I was confused because I also have an offline account that I never hooked up to Xbox Live and on that account I am able to delete all saved data related to that profile. Thanks for correcting me!
