So my rank has been reduced back to 1, none of my unlocks or game history will show up in menus. It says I’m unable to retrieve game data and sends me to privacy settings which i’ve had multiple people other than myself check out to no avail. Everything is reset, I can’t see any of the players service recode or info during game or on my friends list. Cant download anything or use req points. I can still play multiplayer though. I’ve reset multiple times and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
It says you’re SR 42 on Waypoint so your progress and all stats are still saved and exist. All I could suggest is a hard reset of your Xbox my dude

Yea I noticed everything on here was still working. I’ll give it a shot real quick. If no dice I’ll call support.
It’s just the servers acting up. It’ll eventually work. Just do what he says and hard reset your xbox; if that doesn’t work, try resetting or turning on & off your internet.
I’ve had it happen to me before but it usually fixes itself over time.
