I’m having a problem where my Halo Reach rank does not load (though I can still look through my armoury and my friends are still able to see my service record) and I am unable to use matchmaking at all. This has been happening for a few days now, matchmaking does not work on Reach or using the Anniversary disc. I have also tried clearing my cache, signing out, resetting. Can anyone give me some advice here?
Bit of a one off but have you tried the following all together.
Disconnect your router for 30 seconds, then while that’s off, clear your Xbox 360’s cache, then reconnect your router, wait for everything to load up, then delete your profile off your Xbox 360 and proceed to recover it from Xbox LIVE.
Wait until this is done then try loading up Reach or CEA Multiplayer.
