Okay the thing is when a match is loading I can see my rank on top of the screen but when moving throughout the arena menu all game modes appear as if i haven’t played any match even If have played matches or ranked.
Any suggestions?
Are you using a non english language menu? This is a reported glitch in German and Spanish.

But to do so do I have to change the console language, wright?
