Rank Never Drops Below 0%

Hi there, 343i.

My friends and I always play Halo Wars 2, and we’re not the best at it of course.
However, this has been happening for some time, I don’t know what it is, I thought it’d be patched by now. My rank never drops below 0%
For example, I am plat 1 - 8% and then I lose 2 games, even then I’m still plat 1 - 0%
I don’t know what this is, I mean, I don’t have an issue with it, but it’s not how it’s supposed to work, I assume.

Designed this way similar to Halo 5 you can’t drop below your given rank so if you get play 1 and lose 10 games you will still be the same rank.
