Level capped at 70 and with no email or xbl mmessage (I’ve been playing since launch night) regarding the specializations, I have nothing really left to gun for, besides just playing the game itself (which I do) but the grind makes it that much more satisfying.
Any who, enough ranting. Anyone know when they are going to release the other specializations? Thanks!
No clue. You would think as time goes on they would reach certain milestones and specializations would naturally unlock, but right now, I think that is all the remaining specializations are locked to:
Hitting certain milestones 343 is watching.
Work on your commendations. I know thats what I will be gunning for when I reach 130. I’m already 70% there.
But Really ranking up is too easy.
Level cap is stupid. I’ve got LE specializations and I still think it’s stupid. If someone is putting time into the game, let them level up. I hope for your sake all the XP you’ve been earning will shoot you up like 20 levels all at once.
Anyway, my guess is that they’ll release the other specializations on Monday with the Crimson map pack.
The XP goes into a pit never to be seen again while you are capped, so all those 1 time commendation payouts are wasted too. With daily/weekly/monthly challenges too you will burn through a million XP that goes nowhere easily before the specs are released. (They speak in terms of months after release)

If that’s the case, go outside. Do something that isn’t playing Halo and going on these forums. You must have something else that isn’t playing Halo to do in your life right?
I thought the specialisations come out for everyone else in a few weeks or something.

I’m speaking about in game, not as my life in it’s entirety.
I don’t know why or how that was necessary but I have many things in my life that aren’t Halo. Jeez.
Stop playing right now and wait till they open it up. Don’t work on anything because your losing that XP gain. Just go play another game and keep tuned in.
Don’t listen to these fools that say play for fun. You can still play for fun in FPS elsewhere so play for real fun not for fake fun because someone says you need to play for fun in Halo 4 where it’s no fun to play for free while your unlock dangles behind class warfare, which is is no fun at all, unless you are Mr. Burns, then it’s fun.
After seeing all these posts on players not getting their specializations, I am super happy I bought Limited Edition. Some of my friends are stuck at level 70 and I passed them up. LOL
