I would like to know why my rank keeps resetting??? its bad enough i have spent countless hours with the loading and searching screen to get all the way up to a rank 10 then bam reset. Then i got back to a 6 then bam reset. called Microsoft had them do a couple things with my xbox to try and help me. So i played all night last night and got to a 14,play one game with a friend today and it -Yoinking!- reset me again. WHYYYYYYYYYY???

Yes, rank will be reset with the updates. Confirmed by @brav Yes indeed, we are aware of this issue and will reset ranks after we’ve ironed out matchmaking and ranking issues. thanks!

I Agree, what is the point of making an issue of rank resets when it is supposed to be reset when the matchmaking gets fixed anyway.

not the resets you’re experiencing now are just random pains in our collective -Yoink-, but as far as things go theyre a fairly minor issue, but once MM i 100% they have said they are resetting things intentionally, hopefully that includes all stats as well as ranks, but not unlocks based on said stats, so people who’s K/D or W/L stats have been ganked by uneven teams, lag, disconnections or any other issue wont be negatively affected once its all fixed, but they havent confirmed any of that, just that theyre resting things when its all fixed
