I am just curious, who do I need to talk to/msg about a rank issue? Not that it’s a big deal but when I went to rank up to General grade 2 the system set me back to the beginning of General grade 1?

Nobody you can talk to, likely you hit the cap, ever since the credit cap got raised, the notification telling you that you have hit the cap doesn’t show up any more, so you ranked up after the game, but it took the credits away from you because you capped.
Doubt that I was only 10,000 or so points away from General grade 2 then BAM all the way back to the start of General grade 1…and if there is nobody to address the issue then I am already not liking 343’s customer service…

Sometimes finishing another matchmaking game will refresh it and you should be back to where you originally were.
