Why am I ranked Platinum but playing against and beating Onyx’s?
You’ll want to post your question in this thread for a more thorough answer. But the gist of it is, while your CSR is showing as Platinum, your hidden rank (MMR i.e. the rank by which you’re actually matched up with other players) probably has you as a Diamond or Onyx tier player, hence why you play Onyxes.
