Can someone explain why I won 5 games in a row, but my rank is not going up? Not even by 1 CSR

Last night, I noticed the ranked stats were bugged. In the post game stats screen it said everyone was either Bronze 1 or “Unavailable” and ranked progression wasn’t happening for anyone.
This happened to me last season when I was 2 CSR away from diamond 2 and caused me to give up on playing ranked that season.
The perfect superAI ELO system according to Darwi has decided that’s where you belong and it’s going to stay that way. It is not a mistake, it is intentional. And very well made and thought out.
Seems like a bug on tracker’s website. Halo data hive has your csr going up. Did it go up in game while you were playing? Maybe it was bugged and then applied after the fact?
