So my rank has just been reset for some reason back to private now. was a general i think in the brown shield. Not sure whats happened
Sounds like you’re talking about the “tour” rank system.
For the first “tour” you have a basic bronze shield background, and then there are 30 levels in every tour. Once you advance past rank 30 you level up to the next “tour” and it goes from a bronze shield, to bronze with swords, then silver, then silver w/swords, etc and onward.

Either this or in an extreme case, you’re tier 1 and tour 1 which means the rank was reset as a punishment for afking, boosting, sword-lining abuses.
