Every time I loose progress it’s because I’m teamed with people who haven’t qualified or people who got their rank because of a good team. I get people have bad days but how is it fair to judge everyone because of those bad days? I’d rather see my rank be based on my performance then my who team. Mainly because I just jump into matchmaking not plan out a firete am first. Not every one can do that myself included. So I ask what would u rather it be?

I still don’t feel my progress should be hindered even though I did the best of my team.
One could argue that if you arent gd enough to cover for your team’s failures then you’re not good enough to rank up.
Then I again I suffer from the same problem but its a team based gametype so I understand why ranking up is team based as well.
I too wish it was based on personal performance but the game types are team based. Maybe there should be two ranks to show your personal performance and your team performance.

I think one of the best solutions would be to find people or friends that don’t leave the games and work together during matchmade games. You’ll be able to have a better rank rather than worry about morons rage quitting from the game like I have dealt with many times.

Rank should be on personal appearance because team base is just bad. Cause you can rally get stuck with sucky players…
