Rank Bann?

Hi guy,

by mid of season April 2016 I was shot out of the rank-system. Even I had 4 gold ranks so far, the game shot me back to zero. I should start by finish 10 games to qualify once again !! Why?

Even in may, I can`t finish my 10 game-qualifiing to enter the rank-system. I was playing 5 games so far, but the counter said I have to finish 10 more games… ???

pls. help. Am I banned?

you’re not banned.
Ranks reset et the start of every season/month, so all players have to do their 10 placement matches again every time this happens. This could even be an opportunity to get ranked higher if you do well in placments.
