What is the deal with halo 4 randomly resetting all of my customizations, loadouts and purchased gear? Why has this been going on for 2-3 months and not be fixed? Is there a work around or are we as paying customer being hung out to dry?
It’s been happening to me since I purchased the Champions Bundle. I’ve stopped playing for now as it was too frustrating. I think they’re working on a fix though.
Yeah, it’s done it to me twice now. I thought it was a one-off, but if it’s gonna keep this up, I’m going to start getting annoyed.
That, and I wanna see my -Yoink!- new forearm and leg armors in first person. Am using Mk VI again because my Mk V looked like Recruit.
As it stands:

I don’t have this problem unless I play campaign, which fortunately for me I don’t do very often anymore.
ok thanks for letting me know what the problem is. but personally i am done. this is a ridiculous bug and should not have remained alive in production for so long. long story short though, i am not going to play anymore since 343 cannot be bothered to fix their own bugs that cause players grief. gg
The same thing has been happening to me since I hit 130 about a month ago. Since then if I’m ever playing Halo 4 I’m just playing the campaign.

Uh, except they ARE bothered to fix the bugs.
Don’t touch campaign. That is part of the problem.
Also, don’t buy everything back. Buy what you used in your loadouts, but nothing else. You didn’t use that one support upgrade, so don’t buy it now. That helps save you some of the hassle. After I’m done playing campaign, if I left some Spartan Points in the armory, not everything resets. One or two loadouts are still intact.
