I keep randomly getting booted from any playlist i play, where its Warzone or Arena. It just kicks me back to the playlist lobby without giving me errors or any indication as to why i got booted. These counts as a loss and have been banned for a few minutes. I’m wired and have Comcast Cable. I don’t think its my internet since i still have connection when getting booted.

With this I will say I had Comcast in the past and too was wired, I was getting a d/c when the rental modem from Comcast was unable to receive a firmware update and would get a T2 timeout due to compatibility issues. The hardware was too old to accept the update, and all Comcast will do from there end is ping. They figure if they can ping everything is working. So this would go on, it would try to update again and drop connection for a little bit. Creating intermittent issues at inconsistent times. I’m not saying that’s your issue, but it was for me.
I have internet issues a lot, I have not received any time out ban for it yet. I know the last few days there has been issues with the XboxLive services, might have something to do with that? How long was your ban for?
Its most likely xbox live services. There has been more problems lately with the servers. Another thing you can do is log into your modem and look under your modem log. If there has been any trouble it will log the issues in there. The real critical ones to look for are T3 and T4 timeouts. Or like stated above is the T2 time out. All those are no goes! Any Cable or DSL provider uses modems that store info like that in them. I think you should be running a modem with a software of 3.0 You want to make sure your up to date on the software.
